Interview
Overall positive interview process. The staff I spoke with were easy to get a long with and made the process more comfortable. Applied online with resume and cover letter while also filling out their own questionnaire. Received an email a week later setting up a phone interview. Had a phone interview within a week which set me up for an in-person interview a few days later. After in-person interview I found out within three days that I was offered the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spreetail (Ellabell, GA) in May 2021
Interview
I was interviewed by 3 individuals (Derek, Evan and Joe) They asked me the same exact questions, that was on the application, then the interviewers turned it over to me, to ask them questions. After the interview was over, I was giving a tour of the plant. After 2 weeks, I started reaching out, and no one called me back, until week 3, and that was to tell me to call Joe Pleskac, to find out the status of my employment, then the next week I got an email saying I wasn’t hired. In total, it took them 4 weeks to get back with me, to tell me I wasn’t being hired.
