Phone interview, group interview, wondelic assessment, work sample presentation. One of the most unprofessional interviews I have been in. I felt over dressed as the guys interviewing me were wearing t-shirt and jeans. Felt for an entry level job the amount of work that needed to be done to get the job were a joke. I have done less for better jobs. On top of that they told me to do this work sample and present it to them and they didn't even have me show them the work sample. I was t offered the position as in their words I didn't fit their culture. What am I too professional for you? Thank you for wasting my time.

Easy, they will hire anyone with a pulse. It is the easiest interview I have ever had. Read the company mantra before hand and have it pulled up during your interview. Easy.
