Spotlight Billing interview questions

I didn't hear from company until 30 days after I had an informal phone interview with a recruiter. I was called to come in for an interview but it had to be that night or following morning. I was offered position with an ultimatum of not getting job unless I quit my other job and not give them 2 weeks notice. This is so wrong of them but the offer was too good until they used me and let me go a month after i was hired.
