Informal friendly interview with a lot of personal questions. Genuine interest in my background, experience and interests. Recruiter ghosted during the process. went through multiple rounds and then never heard anything.
4 rounds. Seemed excessive. Took about a month I found another job on the time didn’t get the offer. This was before layoffs so that may have been a part of it
It was very typical and a smooth process. There were several rounds of interviews with multiple people over the span of six or seven weeks. The process was as transparent as possible, and there was a clear timeline on when they'd get back to you.
