I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spotify (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screen that was pretty simple.
When it came time for the on-site, I showed up at the WTC. I got a badge from the ground floor that allowed me to scan in and take an elevator up, but when I got to the floor for the interview I was stuck in the elevator atrium (As I couldn't scan into the actual office) and had to wait for ~5 minutes for somebody else to let me in. My recruiter was supposed to meet me at a given time, but showed up around 15 minutes late, meaning that I showed up to the first interview late through no fault of my own. The room I was interviewing had a broken overhead light, meaning I spent the entire day interviewing in a dark room.

Interview
Received an offer for an interview with a recruiter around early March, it was 20 minutes and the recruiter was very sweet! I was asked about my background, she asked me to elaborate on specific experiences on my resume, challenges I encountered, what technical frameworks I used, the standard questions. It was very straightforward and I received the offer later that day for the final round interview consisting of a 45 min behavorial interview and a 45 min technical interview.
