I've just had an awful interview experience with a member of the HR team at Spotify. They arrived late, and then were clearly still doing something else during the interview (reading/replying) on another screen. So much so that they didn't listen to responses. Question 1 - I answered with additional detail Question 2 - I answered as part of question 1... but they weren't listening Question 3 - I answered when I repeated/expanded on question 2 ... and so on. By the end, it felt like a waste of time, so I challenged - what was missing today? What did you want to get from the call that you didn't? Response - oh, uh... clearly not paying attention at all.
