I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spot (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
The first step was a phone interview with the Director of HR, followed by an on-site panel interview with her as well as the Corporate Trainer and Director of Sales. I was brought back to the office a week or so later for a job shadow with an Account Manager which lasted 2 hours approximately. At that point it was very clear this was a good fit, and I was happy I got to see what the day-to-day would look like before I accepted a position. The office was really nice and everyone was very friendly (and busy)!
It was an average interview process. My recruiter was very communicative and clear about the expectations of the role. I liked touring the office space and shadowing a current employee. It was helpful to see the job in real time.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spot (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2025
Interview
The company was welcoming and had a good, long interview with them. Had a brief phone call and pushed my way in to ask for an interview. Wound up getting the job because of that.
