Applied online and by the end of the day I had an email inviting me to an interview. The interview lasted about 5-10 minutes and was as asked a series of questions. Two of which were situational questions, generic questions and stuff about availability. Heard back the next day from an email.

It was easy. Was asked some question about myself then about some past work history and if I would be willing to work in a fast paced environment. I was given a question to sell subscriptions and add-ons in live scenario
Casual chat, simple, nothing difficult, straightforward questions, mainly wanting someone with good availability, good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, outgoing and a people's person.
Very relaxed, chilled and jokey overall experience.
