Interview
I applied online. Process took two weeks. There were two phone interviews. The first one was a simple phone screen. Resume related questions. Second interview was a bit more technical. The job required knowledge of python which I didn't have, so I did not receive an offer.

Question 1
I was asked about my knowledge of python even though my resume has no mention of it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Splunk in Mar 2020
Interview
It was pretty sporadic. I cold applied for a position through their careers site and heard back in a few weeks. All communication went through their Jobvite portal. I gave some times I was free over the course of the following week. After hearing nothing during the week, I get a call at 5pm on a Friday night, a half hour outside of the original times I'd given. That goes well and we set up a phone screen for the following week.
After what I thought was a good conversation, I never heard anything. Completely ghosted. Out of curiosity, I ended up calling my recruiter 3 weeks later asking where things are at, he said he hadn't gotten the phone screen feedback from the interviewer yet (!), and promises to follow up later that week. I never heard back.
I started out really excited at the idea of working for Splunk, but am very much turned off to the idea now.
