Interview
Brief phone interview with recruiter based in San Francisco.
Completed phone based interview with a tentative plan to schedule a second phone interview.
Recruiter kept me waiting to hear back for scheduling of the 2nd interview for 3 weeks, telling me HR was traveling.
Only to receive an email a month later from start to finish notifying me that they have selected another candidate.
I was puzzled because the recruiter told me they were unable to schedule 2nd round interviews due to the HR manager's unavailibilty.

Do you have experience working in a virtual environment? If yes: How do establish rapport/build relationships?
Can you provide a summary of your international HR experience?
Please provide an example of when you have had to mine data to make a decision or recommendation.
What, if any, experience do you have with Workday?
When are you available for a 45 min phone interview with the manager?
