SplitMetrics interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by HR shortly after. The process included an initial HR interview focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation, followed by a meeting with the CEO. That conversation went deep into product thinking, past projects, decision-making, and real challenges I had worked on. Next, I was given a product case based on a real problem on the company’s website. I prepared a solution, presented it in a deck, and defended my approach in a discussion format. Soon after, I shared references from former colleagues as part of a background check. Overall, the process was well-structured, transparent, and respectful of the candidate’s time. I'd say that it was challenging but fair.

The interview process consisted of several stages, which turned out to be very useful. It gave me the opportunity to get to know the company, the team, and the people I would be working with. I wouldn’t describe it as difficult; rather, it was engaging and insightful, allowing me to connect with team members, the team lead, and other colleagues across the company.
