I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Split Rock Resources (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Was contacted for a phone interview, was about ~30 minutes. This was followed by an in-person interview at their office. Communication was poor with employer, but after I followed up I was provided a "case study". This consisted of a farm in deal for an oil asset. I was displeased with Split Rock since I performed the study and was never contacted again. I was not given the opportunity to even discuss my work. Weeks went by with no response to my follow-up emails. Finally after a month, in response to another follow-up email sent by me, I was told I was not selected. I felt that due to the poor communication and way they treated the job seeker that did extra work in the interview process was very unprofessional and I would highly recommend not putting in the work to interview for this company.
