      Account Manager Interview

      10 Feb 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Splashlight

      Interview

It was very long and drawn out. I met with 5-6 different people every two weeks. Then when I finally got to the two CEO's it was a nightmare. The main CEO is like a used car salesman. Really hype aggressive type constantly asking you questions with insecurity undertones trying to be your friend. While the other CEO just sat there. Never looking you in the eye or asking questions like a French spy trying to know all your secrets and ideas to steal them from you.
