Splash Entertainment interview questions

I was hired after a friend who was the character designer suggested me to the Director of the project and he gave me a test as expected in the industry. He liked the art I produced and asked for me to be hired. Glassdoor doesn't focus on the creative employees as much as management so a lot of this is not relative based on the expectations of their perspective of what a job requirement should be. Maybe Glassdoor should create a site for creatives that does not fit the "web" format like most jobs. Animation has been left out of most job searching criteria unless it is technical.
