Invited to connect for a phone interview, after that progressed to an in person interview with the Founder. Began with a tour of the space and further explanation of the company/ websites, open and easy conversation. Moved upstairs for traditional interview questions and peppered with me asking questions about the role. Discussed Past work experiences and why I would be a good fit.
