Was gewoon 1 gesprek (1 op 1). Hierbij werd informatie gegeven over het bedrijf in groepsvorm met meerdere sollicitanten. Daarna kwam je 1 voor 1 op gesprek. Dit gesprek was informeel en gezellig. De selectie is niet heel heftig of streng.

Waarom het werk je leuk lijkt. Of je al ervaring hebt en zo ja waarin precies etc. Daarnaast gaan ze wel in op bepaalde competenties en waaruit blijkt dat jij die beheerst, maar dit blijft redelijk aan de oppervlakte. Heel erg basisvragen.
