      HR Business Partner Interview

      23 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Saint Louis, MO
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spire (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2026

      Interview

I had a 1 hour phone screen a month after I applied. I then waited another month before I was told I was moving on to a 1 hour in person panel interview with 5 people (3 from HR team and 2 business leaders). The interview was behavior based questions. I was told if I was selected to move on there would be a final round virtual interview with the VP of HR and MD of employee relations. It took another week and a half for me to receive a generic rejection email on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm.
