Spinergy interview questions

I got into second interview, I have no issues with the first. The 2nd interview, he shared why other interviews are being nice, my portfolio needs improvement (which I agree) etc. Coz he knows why I got hard time looking for job, the first thing he asked about 3 questions (no right or wrong), first was usually ladies buy which brand or most trending. I answered it somehow. The rest of the 2 questions were similar. Then he went google and show me the most expensive brand and that was the answer. I was like, what does this do with the role as Video Editor? Maybe is a personality test? Then he kept saying "I allow my staff to scold me whatever they want." I didn't even asked that and he just pop up this sentence. It is really awkward, and mentioned we are all equal and we dun considered a corporate organisation. In the end, he may give me assignment to do. After that no sound of it for them. I don't wish to comment further since is just one interview, but I still find one of the most awkward interview I occured so far. Anyway I didn't mentioned to him I got offered before but I knew the interviewer seems alittle wierd to begin with. I hope they can change the format of the interview and that 3 questions coz, it doesn't make sense from the start. If they wanna use personality test, they can Google certain questions and there will be results. Coz answering 3 questions doesn't equals u the person well.
