Applied online and received call from recruiter. First round: 30 min call with recruiter Second round: hour long Technical call with Hiring Manager. Mostly related to past experience, details about position and a easy-medium Python question. Third Round: Hour long Technical Interview with one of their Architect. 3 SQL questions and 1 Python Medium difficulty question. I did great till this point and even their architect clearly said to me 'all the best' for your next round for which I never heard back. I was suppose to have a system design and behavior interview remaining but even after following up thrice with recruiter and some technical team member, I never heard back. Which was very surprising to me. It seems they have habit of ghosting as mentioned in some of previous reviews. Not sure why company don't value candidates time. This instances speaks a lot about company culture.
