Spicers Paper interview questions

Applied for a Forklift Operator position, went in during the walk-in interview day. Learned there were 10 applicants for the position, 3 had been selected to continue the process including myself. Received a call back for further questions. I called 3 times to try and follow up and have heard nothing back. What a waste of time and effort. Is it too much work to just get an email/call back? This is a rude and an dishonest lack of professionalism. Spicers Paper, is this what you represent?
