I was interviewed by the partners and it was quite good. Now the process has changed quite a bit, you are first interviewed by the HR, then a Senior Associate in whose team you will be working with. If you are interviewing for a senior role, you may interviewed by the partners as well.
First round was taken by 2 HRs. Mainly focusing on your resume, why you want to work at spice route legal and why should they hire you?
Just have presence of mind. And know inside out of your CV.
