Speero interview questions

I had a phone call first and later an interview with the HR. After going through the first stage you have to prepare an assignment due after three days. If you progress, you have a conversation with the senior managers.

The interview was a two month lengthy process and consist of 4 stages: 1 - one hour interview with HR (standard interview questions e.g. strengths, weaknesses, why do you think you'll be good fit for this role etc) 2 - one hour interview with two members of staff (competency-based questions) 3 - complete 3 tasks which includes creating a presentation and recording yourself 4 - reference check with previous manager and previous colleague
