Question 1
What was a difficult situation that you worked through as a team?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Speedway Motors (Lincoln, NE) in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied online and received a call from HR within a day or two asking me to come in and interview. I first interviewed with the HR manager and that only took about 15 minutes. Then I interviewed with the Software Development manager and another member of the development team who was a graduate of the college program I was in at the time. That part took about 45 minutes and we talked a lot about my technical abilities, what I was learning in my classes, what classes I had already taken, and how much longer I had in school. I was called back a couple days later and asked to come back in for a second interview with the same Software Development manager. This time, we talked mostly about what my schedule was like, what kind of hours I was interested in, and things like that. It seemed more like he was trying to see if I would fit in with the culture of the company. This interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was called about an hour later and offered the position.
