Went to a job fair held inside the store and spoke with one of their in-house recruiters. Went over my resume and availability and told me to expect a call to speak with the regional manager.
Interview with the regional was pretty straight forward with expectations and questions of my past overall experience in retail. Explained their training program and at the end of the interview told me to expect a phone call from the recruiter with an offer of employment.
Accepted offer but took another 3-4 weeks of administrative red tape of paperwork and to set up what store and GM was going to do the training. Offer of employment is fast but from there to actual start date takes awhile. Enough to give a proper 2 weeks to a former employer but long enough to make you call to be sure you are actually hired..

Brief 15 minute interview with GM of the location. Overview of hours of operation, availability and compensation. Easy job to get if you are willing to work whatever hours they may need you for. Room for growth if you are interested
Traditional interview style at a local location with member of management. Be prepared to commit lots of time and energy to the location you select. Hours always available due to call offs from entry level workers. High turnover.
