      Interview

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I interviewed for a marketing position and quickly realized that their hiring process is just a cover for collecting free ideas. They assign candidates tasks that involve coming up with actual marketing campaigns, only to use those ideas in their own strategy without ever hiring anyone. This isn’t a one-time occurrence—I’ve noticed they repost the same job listing repeatedly throughout the year. It’s clear they have no intention of filling the role but instead use the process to crowdsource ideas from unsuspecting applicants. If you’re considering applying, be aware that your work may be used without credit or compensation. I strongly advise against wasting your time here.
