      Interview

The interview had a lot of information about the job.I would recommend spectrum to anybody getting into the work force. I spent about 30 minutes or so.I called back about a week later.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spectrum (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2024

      Interview

I was scheduled for a Field Tech interview at the 10130 W Appleton Ave office. The coordination was incredibly unprofessional. I received two conflicting texts: one for 10:00 AM and a "reminder" the morning of for 11:00 AM. I was proactive and confirmed the 10:00 AM slot as originally instructed. I arrived early for my 10:00 AM appointment, but the building was locked. I texted and called the recruiter multiple times while standing outside, but got no response. After waiting 20 minutes on the sidewalk like a solicitor, I finally left. The recruiter called me a hour later admiting he was "in a meeting" and confessed the situation was unprofessional. He asked if I wanted to "pass by" and come back, but I declined. If a company can't manage a front door or a basic calendar, they clearly don't value their employees' time. I refuse to work for a disorganized management team that expects punctuality from me but can't provide it themselves. Total waste of gas and time.

Can you please confirm the text that you will be showing up at this time?
