Started With a Screening Call followed by Technical Round with Manager and Behavioral and Technical rounds with Vice President and Other Team Manager. Called and offered the position, After a week retracted the offer saying 1 year of experience less

Question 1
Describe a scenario where you have used your skills in SQL, Tableau and brought success to the project
Initial screening "get to know you" interview, that asked about major and interests from a campus recruiter. After that, there was an interview with the department that you were applying to. This was all done over the phone and did not last very long at all.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Denver, CO) in Mar 2015
Interview
I had two phone interviews (both one hour long) and then a very extensive on-site interview that lasted approximately four hours. After that I had a second on-site interview with the VP that only lasted about 20 minutes (culture fit).
I also had to complete a project where they gave me a feature and I wrote user stories and a roadmap for building/ implementing that feature. I actually found the exercise quite fun.
