Come in en mass, sit down in lobby, wait for your name to be called, then sit with a senior salesman and prove your abilities to sell products with basic old school marketing techniques, basically if he likes you, you pass but if god forbid you are not his “type” you’re told no thank you, extremely biased and use of intimidation tactics.

Simple sales abilities, your knowledge of spectrum products and pricing, your transportation ability, your schedule, simple things.
1 interview in-person. Be prepared to talk about handling difficult customer situations and finding the best solutions. Be professional but courteous at the same time or in other words, speak as if you were taking a customer call already.
Quick easy straight to the point. I interviewed with two managers. Everything took about 20 minutes. They focused on SMART interview styles. They had a script and kept it short and sweet

It was very pleasant. My interviewer was very nice. They gave me a tour of the building, They offer a lot of amenities, The call-center itself looked very peaceful. The office itself looks very clean. The interviewer asked me about 8 to 10 questions, Basically scenario type questions.
