Overall interview went well. The interviewer asked basic questions about knowledge of the cable and telecommunications space as well as sales strategies you've used before. Interviewer kept an open dialogue and allowed for questions to be asked from the interviewee side.

Very easy process due to high turnover rate. ( the job itself is not very hard it’s just mentally tiring) So the interview process is easy. One over the phone/zoom and final interview in person.

You will be interviewed by any lead available during the time you scheduled. They will ask the basic interview questions. The best way to get a job is by “selling yourself” to the interviewer. They want to make sure you can work under pressure and sale.

Quick and easy, as long as you're outgoing and willing to learn. there was a phone interview, then an in-person interview. I dressed professionally and answered questions involving experience and qualifications.
