The first interview was a phone screen, after you pass that you move onto an in person interview where they ask some of the same questions as the phone interview to ensure that you are giving honest answers.

very good, had my 2nd interview the day after my 1st..the interview consisted of role playing, answering generat account excutive questions, explaing the company and postion and what it entails and expected

Very quick to get a response after your application. They also schedule your interview very quickly. Lots of questions about your experience, how you handle rejection, time management, and why Spectrum over the other companies.

Interview
Virtual interview followed by in person interview in the office. Visual interview took 10 minutes and in person took about an hour or so. Very relaxed and informal. The virtual was very basic run through typical questions the in person was more in depth into your resume and ability to sale.
