I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied online, and theee weeks later received an email from the recruiter to call for next steps. I was able to get in touch with the recruiter in two days, had the phone interview, next day she said the hiring manager wanted to have a phone interview. Had phone interview with hiring manager, then a week later in person interview with three different people. Not a panel style interview which was great. The interviews lasted 20 minutes each with each person. A week later I got a call from the recruiter making me an offer. The process was only 2 weeks from initial contact from recruiter to offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Stamford, CT) in Feb 2017
Interview
Met with 5 people, one after the other. Very standard. They mentioned I had all the skills they were looking for and it all seemed really good. Later found out by HR that they decided to hire someone with less skills/entry level.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do I know of Spectrum, why should they choose me. How can I relate my previous skills to what this job entails.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2016
Interview
1 interview with HR plus 3 interviews with varying levels of management. Unfortunately, the interview process did not reflect what the job or the person I report to would end up looking like. I've been very disappointed in my new position and manager.
