Multiple rounds, starting with HR and moving on to hiring manager, direct counterparts and cross-functional partners ending with the head of division. Very coordinated in terms of having interviews scheduled back to back within the same day instead of spacing out over weeks.

Interview
I was brought in for an interview, given a tour of the building, given materials to review, and participated in a basic interview. The interview went well. The recruiter I was working with called me shortly after the interview to tell me that Spectrum Brands was excited about me and thought my interview was great but that they'd already hired someone for the role the day before my interview and that they'd keep me as a "back up".

Thorough interview process with a phone interview, videoconference with Hiring Manager, panel, and on-site. Transparent, engaging, and detailed. Recruiting follow-ups between stages. Difficult to understand company structure, at first. Asking questions helps to understand the evolution.
