The interview was on Microsoft Teams. The Springboard Team leader and Community Development and the Innovations Team Manager interviewed me. It was a one hour interview, and the interviewers asked questions alternately. The interviewers made me comfortable and were supportive.

Many of the questions were about homelessness. You need to really know the causes of homelessness and the organisation's process of helping people.

I interviewed first with a local temp. agency. I received a call to interview with Spear in Milford, NH. I had a good feeling about the HR Rep. that interviewed me, she was pleasant and answered all of my questions concerning the Quality Assurance Tech. position.
