Interview
You meet office director, customer manager and team lead. The last one is the one you directly work with. There are some questions with HR, some questions which is boss and a technical test, electronic as zener or some circuital configurations. They also show you the labs and explain you the processes you will work with, in that way you can understand your role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spea (Volpiano)
Interview
Two section of about 2 hours each. The first one with the director of the departement in which you will be joined and the second with the CEO for discussing your expectations.
