My initial contact was thru an employment agency. The first interview was a phone interview with an engineering manager. He was very easy to talk to, and he peaked my interest in the job.

The in person interview was difficult. There was a total of four people interviewing me simultaneously. The technical questions were difficult. The point was to examine the extent of my technical knowledge.
