I was asked discriminatory questions by HR! This should be illegal to ask. Asking where my my parents are from or where I am from has no relevancy in doing what is actually a data entry position. The manager said Spanish was NOT a requirement further proving that I was asked discriminatory questions. By the way, I am fluent in both Spanish and English and born in the US.
In my interview with the manager, she refused to ask me any questions about my qualifications and only asked me about my hobbies. Why are you wasting a candidate's time if you don't like their ethnicity or qualifications?
