Pretty smooth , well organised , had to do a technical/aptitude test as well but they still let you through if you don’t completely pass, in the interview there were coding/technical questions

Psychometric Test and Programming Test - fairly easy. Then a 3rd stage video call with a senior person. The interview consists of competency questions such as describe oop. and questions of that nature .

Initial introductory phone interview - easy, friendly, they make you feel comfortable. After phone interview and if they see you're suitable for the role you're given 2 online tests, psychometric and coding skills Once you've passed the tests you'll be given a final formal interview Final formal video interview
The process wasn't too difficult. First it was a phone screen then a two stage online assessment; a coding assignment using codingames and a IQ test. After that it is a final formal interview,
