Interview
The interview process was very friendly and calm. There was an assessment day which you had to attend to were you can ask questions and they inform you on the role you are taking as well as give you some group exceices to do.
There is a psychometric test at the start of the interview process. After passing the test, there is a phone call. Then there is a video interview for the final round.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sparta Global in May 2023

Call with their talent team, who were really helpful and helped prep me for the interview, followed by an online psychometric test and then an interview over video call with one member of the team

Competency based questions, knowledge around devops eg. How does it differ from agile methodology and tools used
I applied online and sent a follow up email in which Christina replied very quickly, I got a phone call from her asking about why I want to work for the company. Then I was emailed a coding challenge and psychometric test. Once I passed that I was given another email for an interview.
