Second step is telephonic round which there is no technical question or skill related questions it will have only general questions like your hobbies, your interests, why you left last company etc. Etc. Third step is assignment. Assignment is such a long that it can take your 2 working days. After submission of assignment they will not made any contact with you. Even they will not check the task you have done. The result is you have wasted your 2-3 days completely.
