First I had an Interview with the HR. The second part was with the hiring manager. The interview was fair and professional. except it was one of the hottest days in Berlin and there wasn't even a fan in the room. The hiring manager said he will get back to me early next week with more information regarding next steps, haven't heard from them since. Tried to reach the HR twice, didn't answer. So disrespectful

Short initial interview with HR then with a Manager, The last round I was given an assignment, then there was a last meeting to present my work and review, answer any questions.

Question 1
Questions were very basic and relating to the position, nothing difficult or abnormal.
They give you a task in the very first step of the application, without even talking with HR. It was not a test or something, I actually invested time and knowledge and after submitting the work, they just wrote me in a very general manner that there is a better match. When someone asks me to invest time and energy, I expect almost the same from them. At least giving a proper feedback would've been nice. Otherwise, it looks like they are gathering ideas from applicants.
