Spark Advisors interview questions

Overall took 3 weeks. Initial call with the recruiter. Followed by a submission of a video mock call. From there interview with their Sales Enablement Leader and their Demand Gen and Marketing Ops Leader. Asked clairfying questions surrounding why this role has been open as long as it has, why they were hiring for it, what gap were they filling, etc. A week after my last communication with them I finally heard back....saying they are pausing hiring for this role while they shift things internally. I responded via email with a few clarifying follow up questions and have never heard a response.
