The entire interview was planned well since they have informed the total steps were informed prior to the start. Total number of levels were 3 (1. Technical Level 1, 2. Technical Level 2 and 3. HR - Negotiation). Technical Level 1 happened over skype and Technical Level 2 happened over face to face. Since I was selected in the Technical Level 2 interview the HR interview was conducted after this interview. The negotiation went well and they have verified my previous employment too.
