Multi-step interview process that was elongated due to lack of communication overseas. Phone screen, interview with CEO and Bus. Dev. leader, Interview with COO and Sr. AE with case study, pitch and 100 day plan. They were looking for someone to hit the ground running with no training as of day 1 which is hard to do even as a seasoned sales executive. They had unrealistic expectations and pulled me along a little too far before cutting me loose.
Overall, seems like a good company with a decent product but they are very German in their ways.
