Friendly interview with their HR and then 45 min technical interview. HR interview asked your normal questions like tell me about yourself and your role at your current job. Why are you looking to apply with Spare
applied on spare's website and got an online assessment later, after I passed all test cases 20/20, I was told they decided not to proceed with my application at this time. What a waste of time!
