I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spafax in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was really smooth. They asked me to present a case study to their team, including director-level executives from Dubai and Germany. It honestly felt more like a relaxed conversation than a formal interview. They also spoke about the company and what they were looking for. It was just one round, and the whole thing lasted around 1.15 hrs.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spafax (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
First interview was a standard interview covering basic questions, motivation and previous experiences. For the second interview I was asked to complete three assignments, one of which was an excel exercise. I had to then present these with my reasoning during the interview. This was then followed up immediately by a second interview with the head of the department.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spafax
Interview
At the start it is a resume review, seemingly to make sure they understand what you really did. You dive a bit into details of roles they think are relevant.
2nd and 3rd interviews they talk about the specific role, and they explain very well and are very kind in their decorum. Very clear about the business challenges upfront, which is refreshing when you consider working there.
