Spacewell Technology Analyst interview questions

My first round was screening where they checked my experience and interest in changing job. Once the screening was over then they gave me problem statement where i was asked to create a solution in Delphi using the MVC methodologies within 4 hours. Once i submitted the solution they got back to me to fine tune the solution and i did the same and submitted it once again. This solution was finally accepted. They asked me to create a technical design document which i created and they did not find it not very satisfactory but still went ahead with the interview. Finally they offered me Job which i turned down due to interest in different technologies.
