Lots of interviews. 1 initial phone screen, followed by 2 technical phone screens. Face to face interview included 6 one on one interviews, a presentation, and an engineering test (fundamental questions. Not difficult). 2 further highly technical phone interviews with the VP prior to offer.

Interview
First there is a phone screening, next there are interviews with engineers and managers, then finally there are in-person interviews. In the final interviews you need to give an in-depth technical presentation on a project you have worked on.

Interview
First interview was a typical recruiter behavioral screening with a few simple technical questions.
Second interview was with a subsystems lead. He asked me many questions about the project on my resume that was most relevant for the position, sometimes adding hypotheticals.
Initial interview is a phone screen prior to being brought onsite. Promising candidates are brought Tonite for a long, grueling interview focused on technical ability, culture fit, and quick thinking. Interview was a series of one on ones lasting 5 hours total.
