First I get a call from the HR regarding the basic questions about my recent profile and CTC and ECTC then after review my profile they selected me for the technical interview round which is online on zoom meetings

The interview process is extremely unprofessional. They conduct a screening interview but never provide any feedback. In their emails, they mention, "If you need help, please call us," but when you try to reach them, they never pick up. The HR team keeps emphasizing that it's a big company, but they don’t follow any structured hiring process like a reputed organization should. There is no transparency, no proper communication, and no respect for the candidates' time. The entire experience feels like a waste of effort.
