Space Foundation interview questions

I was invited for an in-person interview after completing a phone screening, which initially gave me a positive impression of the company. However, the overall hiring experience turned out to be very disappointing. It took nearly 3 months after I applied (even though the role was posted for longer than that) to even be contacted for the initial phone screening. After the in-person interview, I sent a thank-you email and later followed up multiple times regarding the status of my application. Unfortunately, I never received any response, not even a rejection email or a basic update. A lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process reflects poorly on the organization’s internal operations and respect for candidates’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend applying here.
