Sowells Consulting Engineers interview questions

I was contacted by a receptionist and she scheduled a time. The interview was very conversational. The owner did a lot of the talking but danced around my straight forward questions when asked about 401k among other things. There was also no mention of this company not having direct deposit nor that all employees are expected to work the front desk.
